We've all seen the mistake. There we are, casually browsing some real estate site and there it is: CLICK HERE FOR A VIRTUAL TOUR. Only it isn't a virtual tour at all.... but merely a slideshow, sometimes music sometimes silent but still nonetheless a slideshow. Ok, so maybe the graphic is a little corney, but still. Here is my predicament. Ever since we started advertising heavily with Google Adwords, and paying for those little bitty text ads, we have been getting more and more phone calls from companies who want to manage our Pay Per Click Google accounts. Has anyone else had this experience? I know Myrtle Beach is a fairly competitive market when it comes to Ad Words and the vacation rental industry. Large companies pay top dollar for their placement. And why wouldn't they. It works! But does that automatically mean that some company
