Chase Bank called me today!!!! It was like winning the lottery.  I was so excited.  I knew it was them, because I have all the banks programmed into my phone so when they call me, I DROP EVERYTHING!!!
"Hi, this is LaKosha with Chase Bank.  I am looking for Christina O'Neal."  The interesting part about this phone call is, I don't know the people that gave Chase my name & number.  They told LaKosha last week that I (Christina O'Neal) was their realtor & that they would be calling me to get their home on the market for a short sale.

December was my very first 31 day challenge (which I didn't do that well at).  I started off with a bang, then I started lumping 3 or 4 or 6 days of accomplishments into 1 blog.  I completed it but wasn't too proud of how I did.
Well then the 31 Day Challenge for January came along as a New Years Resolution from Connie Harvey.  Whew, thank you Connie for heading up that challenge.  That one was just like this one coming up here in May 2011.

I hosted a BUNCO party at my house this Wednesday night to raise money for our Relay for Life team in Tracy.  It was a HUGE success.  We raised $400 that is going to our Tracy Fire, Tracy Police & D.A.R.E. combo team.  I even gave $20 just like the rest of us did :)
It started out a lofty goal.  I wanted to have 32 ladies in my house @$20 a piece, which would have been $640.  We fell short but truly in the long run, it was great.  Normally when ladies go to BUNCO, that money goes back to … (4 comments)

What in the world am I talking about?  Every Thursday, our local real estate board has a brokers tour/meeting.  We have to pay $2 to get in which helps cover the room that we rent from St Pauls Lutheran in Tracy.

This is so super cool.  This is my 3rd short sale listing in Tracy CA on Ali Ct in the past 12 months.  It's a popular street for upside down home owners.  You would think all of them were related but nope, just each had their own hardship.

What is a reverse Closing Gift? It's when we as the service provider (realtor) in this case, gets a closing gift from our clients.  It's such a sweet honor to receive something from a client after we close escrow.  I think in our industry it is pretty expected that we give a closing gift to our clients, which is why I call it a reverse closing gift.

Saturday 4/2/11 we had an awesome yard sale for Relay for Life in Tracy CA & raised $1,084.15.  Our combo team consists of Tracy Fire Dept, Tracy Police Dept,& D.A.R.E program.  There was an unbelievable amount of time put into getting this yard sale together.  Before Saturday, we had to get donations (lots of them).  The DARE kids collected mountains of items.  Everything was stored at a storage unit locally.  We used the parking lot at the Tracy Fire Admin to set up.
