choosing a lender: What makes a Great Lender? - 05/04/11 12:51 AM

As an agent answering this question, my answer could be different than you might think.
•·         If you answer your phone when I call, that's a huge plus.
•·         If I get your answering machine, I would love a call back the same day, unless it's after 5pm. I'm ok with the next day, if I leave a late message.

Get a good faith estimate from both lenders...All that is, is a snapshot of perfect world today & what your loan might look like.
