The May 2010 Bryan / College Station and surrounding areas home sales has seen great improvements in the movement of real estate over the same period last year. New listings taken were recorded at 372 which is up by 38 when compared to May of 2009. Average monthly sales were also up at $161,453 when compared to May 2009 levels at $159,253. Although none have reached the May 2008 they are still making significant headway from 2009 levels.

Yesterday I received a surprising telephone call from a very successful businessman that I only met a few weeks ago.
We had only met twice and both times we had mainly discussed business with a little personal fillers thrown in for good measure. The conversations were relaxed with no hard sell, ego bruising or dominating topics.
