So you've been pre-approved for a home loan, your under contract to buy your dream house, the inspection goes well and there's only the lender appraisal to go.
Then the appraisal value comes back lower than the agreed upon purchase price and your lender won't approve the purchase.
Now what?
You still have some options and there are ways to fight a low appraisal. Sometimes they're successful, other times they're not but don't kill the deal because of a low appraisal without trying some of these options first.

THE DAILY CHALLENGES OF LEASING A HOME Everyone knows that leasing season in AGGIELAND can be trying. Todayone of my agents, Carolyn Pinson, had 3 young ladies who were referred to them by someone she just leased one of our rentals to. By the way THANKS for the REFERRALS.
As it turns out we have leased all the homes we manage on this particular street. The three young ladies really wanted on this particular street so my agent searched and found them an available unit that she could show them, however it would not be managed by Connective Realty.
