business improvement: Do - 08/20/11 09:51 AM
Action speak louder than words. A foundation for our business - Don't just talk a good talk but actually emply what comes out of your mouth into motion. We continually get bombarded with the list of Don't do or things to avoid. To be into positive thinking avoid the Don't Do to just Do. DO Get up with purpose and a plan each business day. Respect your time and put distractions away to when you can conveniently address. Prospect - make that a top priority each day - have a plan of action of what

business improvement: World's Best in Sales - We Can Learn A Few Lessons - 03/17/11 07:52 AM
Break out the milk because is it the cookie invasion time. The time of year that I cave to my weakness and buy, buy from those Girl Scouts. Those gosh darn and I blame my spring 5 pound gain to Girl Scouts! We are bombarded at the front of the grocery store & movie rental entrances. Tables of neatly stacked cookie boxes, catchy signs, sweet young ladies dressed in uniform and even some dressed as cookies politely solicit your business as you come within hearing distance. Heck you are reaching in your wallet as you approach for those affordable

business improvement: Are You An Athlete? - 03/08/11 07:57 AM
In our real estate career we take on many roles. We find that we wear many hats ... negotiator, contract expert, home value consultant & even house cleaner, babysitter, and lawn care specialist when duty calls. We need to view our profession as if we are athletes. Train hard to stay on top of education. Be open to a coach as a personal trainer to help us improve our business and be accountable. Stay consistent in our effort and not slid in your marketing and touch programs. No time off or you will lose momentum. Become a team member

Each year with our business we have the opportunity to freshen and have new beginnings. Who is not to say that periodically if the business climate changes or your business just is not going in the right direction that you can't just pause, implement change and start fresh again? The great thing about our career, you always have the chance to improve, make changes, hit the re-start button and make our next decisions be

business improvement: It All Adds Up! - 12/28/10 03:57 PM
The given about real estate sales, it is a cumulative task, not dependent upon a single action. A combination of several steps to lead into the ultimate finish, the closing. Each task in itself is important and builds upon the mountain of details. If not performed well, a task that has failed may cause the transaction to tumble. As we approach our business, keep in mind that to our clients, each detail is important and if successfully fulfilled leaves the client with the ultimate experience and memory. Do the little extra things to sweeten the experience. Write a handwritten thank
