positive attitude: How Do You Know You Need A Day Off? - 10/23/11 11:19 AM
When you celebrate a canceled showing appointment on one of your listings, this is one clue that you just need a little R & R. I found myself doing the little happy dance as I opened an early morning email to find that my afternoon schedule has just opened up, time back to me. How do you know you are addicted to your occupation? When you have that gift of recaptured time and your first thought is how can you productively plug it in with dollar generating activity? After considering a spontaneous open house on a vacant home

positive attitude: Do - 08/20/11 09:51 AM
Action speak louder than words. A foundation for our business - Don't just talk a good talk but actually emply what comes out of your mouth into motion. We continually get bombarded with the list of Don't do or things to avoid. To be into positive thinking avoid the Don't Do to just Do. DO Get up with purpose and a plan each business day. Respect your time and put distractions away to when you can conveniently address. Prospect - make that a top priority each day - have a plan of action of what

positive attitude: Words for Wednesday - 04/15/09 12:12 PM
We all have a choice of how our day will take form. At times we do not have control on some unpleasant events that takes place or news we receive. We do have control on how we react and interact with others. How you emotionally take control is a true statement to your character. Sunshine spreads, it uplifts, gives purpose and makes you not only a great family member, friend, but professional. Would you rather be in the presence of beautiful positive people or lifeless, stale, and flat out negative ones? Next time you have a choice, think before

positive attitude: I Blame The Girls Scouts - 03/25/09 02:52 PM
They come around in those uniforms and you know it is that time of year again, Girl Scout Cookie time. I have very few vices in life but cookies, well that hits me right where it hurts, on the hips thighs, stomach. So I got on my scales after savoring the last cookie in the box and to no surprise, a weight gain. It's the Girl Scouts fault having those tempting cookies. I use to be a Girl Scout so I had to buy, it was patriotic. Yes, I could have contributed a donation but that would have left me

positive attitude: Letting Go - 03/12/09 06:50 PM
We certainly have challenging moments as a Realtor. It seems that the day of smooth transactions have become more rare than typical. Some buyers have attitude that it is their market to seize and conquer so their offers become low. Some sellers believe the market has affected everyone that is everyone but them. Feel like the real estate process is more like having teeth pulled? A process that is dreaded on the onset and painful. If
