Connie Johns recently helped me purchase my new home.  I began the home buying process very nervous and skeptical.  I had heard many horror stories from my friends and family members about how they felt their realtor had "pushed" them into purchasing too quickly or they felt their realtor had somehow misled them.

Here it is December 28th, as a Realtor I am supposed to be experiencing down time and working on the upcoming years business plan.  Instead I find myself writing offers, helping to stage upcoming listings, and showing properties to 3 more qualified buyers.  There is a large selection of properties for sale, at reasonable prices and great interest rates.  What a wonderful time to be a buyer!  Those that are on the selling end also share that same opportunity to save on that "move up" or "downsize" property.  Homes that are staged and maintained properly are selling.  Those that are not … (3 comments)
