This is the first week of our Sunset Series for May.  We are holding several open houses on Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.  We are doing this to try and generate more activity at our open houses and thought we would try Thursday evenings instead of the week-end and see if this would produce more buyers.

Sunset Open Houses

We are trying something a little different in our area to try and generate a little more traffic in our open houses.
Every Thursday evening in May we are holding sunset open houses from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.  Some of the agents are going to have relish trays, some cheese balls & some are not serving anything.  Our sellers have been real receptive to this and we are hoping this will be beneficial to the buyers as well.  Stay tuned... we'll let you know how is goes.
