Kentucky Liability Tax Credit - 08/19/09 10:52 AM
Could someone who has used the $5000 Liability Tax Credit for Kentucky tell me how this works.  I've had attorneys, CPA, Builder etc all give different views and I'm not clear how to handle this one.  It sounds like you can only used this credit if you owe the Department of Revenue taxes at the end of the year.  Please Advise.

COWS Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of Washington?
