I realize that most real estate agents are in it for themselves.  But if we are to serve our clients, meet their needs, and do our job to its fullest we need to remember it's not all about me.  I also need to realize that how I serve and treat my clients actually reflects my company and others in my company and my office. We can definitely learn from the work force from the past.  That is not to want to go backward but learn from the cloud of witnesses that have gone before us.  Our previous generations stood on their word, a handshake ,etc. This would stand as who they were, they were good for their word they did not need a legal contract to verify that they would actually do what they said or promised.  We need to learn and adapt to this belief and character as we work with our clients.  RE/MAX is known world wide for their agents being on the cutting edge and being the best at what they do.   I also realize that many times that means helping or accepting the help of other agents in my office.  It should be a goal for each of us to work as a team with those around us and the result will be a win win situation.  We may even develop some new found friends in the process.  You may not be on a team but work like you are!
