 6 months supply = Balanced Market< Six Month Supply = Seller's Market> Six Month Supply = Buyer's Market
Right now in the Omaha Real Estate Market there are more homes available for sale than there are ready, willing and able buyers in the market.  As you can see by the numbers above, the supply of homes has increased since a year ago.

Here is a tool I just found that will search for photos on the internet.  It's a product called Tin Eye and is an image search engine that will find similliar photos on the internet.  You will have to sign up for an account but it is free. 
Want a way to search prices and product reviews?  No problem, just take and send a picture of the product on your phone and you can search prices and product reviews. 
Want an easier way to get music cd information?  Photograph the cover and you'll receive links to the music on the web via iTunes, … (13 comments)

UNMC Food Drive Sets Record for Omaha Food Bank
Congratulations to the UNMC Medical Center in Omaha Nebraska for collecting a impressive record setting 20,400 pounds of food!  The Omaha medical center worked & coordinated the drive amongst all their local offices and affiliates to achieve this goal.

Did you know that if you donate to the Omaha Food Bank at Panera Bread, Panera will match the donations?  Ruby Tuesday's will also donate ten percent of all sales from their gourmet chocolate chip, white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies.
