When you think of Coastal Carolina, you may think sandy beaches and palm trees. This cow is part of a herd less than a mile from my home in Morehead City. It's cool to have cows mooing and rooster crowing in the morning while living a coastal life! The farm is situated along the Newport River which offers quite the view for this fella!

This week I had the opportunity to sit with other local Managing Brokers and listen to the Morehead City Town Manager Randall "Randy" Martin discuss the local budget and cost effective planning from his perspective.
"Shining Moments " are discussed as Manager Martin reviews his course of action to maintain low tax rate for citizens while continuing slow growth/ economic development.

Thank you Town of Morehead and the O'Neal Family for making a dream become a reality.
This week ground breaking took place for the new Legion Fields to be located off Mayberry Loop Rd adjoining the Soccer Complex.
Eastern North Carolina is the hub for great baseball and this opportunity will continue to inspire young boys and provide a means to better their game. These full sized fields will allow to participate at Legion Level.
Thanks to the generous financial contribution from the O'Neal Family and the Town of Morehead, the O'Neal Fields will open the summer of 2008 !
