When you think of Coastal Carolina, you may think sandy beaches and palm trees. This cow is part of a herd less than a mile from my home in Morehead City. It's cool to have cows mooing and rooster crowing in the morning while living a coastal life! The farm is situated along the Newport River which offers quite the view for this fella!

After a long week of rain and wind from the Nor'Easter produced from remnants if Tropical Storm Ida ,
the weekend weather and temps were simply beautiful.
Tonights sunset splashing into the marsh was a perfect punctuation to a great Coastal weekend.

Here in Carteret County if we have a contingent offer (ie 72 hr kick out clause) it still shows pending with a "Y" for continue to show. Some agent go overboard and do this with all contract contingencies- like loan, inspections etc. most agents tend to overlook these homes as a disservice to their buyer and if a seller accepts a contingency they may be putting that noose around their neck.
My recent experience is this-
I had a home on mkt with a 72 hr kick out- buyer has a home locally in a neighborhood still under construction. The problem was … (0 comments)
