Well do they? We have been asking ourselves this very question. My gut instinct is a resounding "NO WAY!"
Yea, maybe sometimes Nice Guys have to deal with bad situations. But in the end, they win, right?
Sometimes it seems tough trying to be the Nice Guys. Not that we would do it any other way, but often we are left in the dust of someone else who got the deal, and we think, OK, the client must have felt they would do a better job. And then what do we see?

You have been looking for weeks! You were afraid, on your budget, finding a nice house for your growing family was going to be a Mission Impossible. All of a sudden, you walk in to The House and the music plays. You have found the One. It seems perfect: it has all the light fixtures in place, nice floors, clean walls, flat yard, perfect location and a nice smell too! You ask your Buyer's Agent "How much was this one again?" OK. So I know that this market is causing many homeowners to suffer. However, I just read a comment by Clark Howard, a "Consumer Advocate" reporter in Atlanta, where he tells buyers to "wait a little longer" to buy a home. I had to look it up for myself after hearing several Real Estate Agents discussing Clark Howard's Real Estate advice lately.  I understand his perspective, but I am concerned about the constant barrage of negative information buyers are receiving these days.
