      <title>Everything Must Go! Sale of the Century</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've given lots of thought to the current Residential Market.&amp;nbsp; I've tried to figure out exactly what state were in as consumers.&amp;nbsp; It dawned on me today that the&amp;nbsp;market is like the "Biggest One Day Sale EVER".&amp;nbsp; Think about it, the savvy shopper waits until the time is right to purchase.&amp;nbsp; Usually 10% off here or 15% off there isn't really&amp;nbsp;enticing enough to capture your attention.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sure you might look at the ad and say to yourself&amp;nbsp;that's nice but not yet. Then you see the big ad that states "&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;One Day Sale&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;" or even better yet "&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Everything Must Go&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;".&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now you stop for a few&amp;nbsp;seconds to think to yourself, I've been waiting for that sale so that I can purchase that great piece of jewelry or those really nice&amp;nbsp;pair&amp;nbsp;of shoes.&amp;nbsp; You're certain no one else will have them.&amp;nbsp; You take this opportunity to strike while they still have your size.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well that's how today's&amp;nbsp;Residential market&amp;nbsp;currently is.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It's been many, many years since the&amp;nbsp;Real Estate Market has taken such a downward trend.&amp;nbsp;I certainly don't remember there&amp;nbsp;being this many foreclosures on the market.&amp;nbsp; More over the&amp;nbsp;prices area amazing!&amp;nbsp; Now is the time to&amp;nbsp;take advantage of the opportunity to purchase that second&amp;nbsp;home or that first investment property.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've&amp;nbsp;listened to people constantly say that even though they are interested purchasing&amp;nbsp;real estate that they want to wait until the market turns around.&amp;nbsp; That's like waiting until the day after the one day sale to purchase those long awaited items. Picture it; you've waited month after month going to the store looking at the piece of jewelry or that special pair of shoes.&amp;nbsp; You've even gone so far as to try it on to make certain it fits just right.&amp;nbsp; Each&amp;nbsp; time you give the items&amp;nbsp;back to the clerk, exhale and plainly say.&amp;nbsp; I simply not the time, the price isn't quite right.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You repeat this task week&amp;nbsp;after&amp;nbsp;week only to leave the store&amp;nbsp;with that item embedded in your memory, nicely tucked away waiting for the&amp;nbsp;"Right Time" to purchase.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Finally the time is right to make a move.&amp;nbsp; You see the ad" Everything Must Go" the price is more than&amp;nbsp;right.&amp;nbsp; You go back the store, knowing exactly where to find that long awaited item; pick it up, try it on one last time before you finally purchase it.&amp;nbsp; As the clerk is handing you the bag she clearly mentions, "If you had come in yesterday", you could have taken advantage on the sale&amp;nbsp;and purchased the item at a&amp;nbsp;"Tremendous Savings".&amp;nbsp; Your a day late, the sale is over. All you can manage to do is that familiar exhale and kick yourself for&amp;nbsp;not moving&amp;nbsp;just a little faster.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You think to yourself, I saw all the signs and read all the ad's leading up to the sale.&amp;nbsp; But you hesitated one day too long.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There's no better time than today to invest in your future!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The saying that&amp;nbsp;"He who hesitates is lost" has never been more true.&amp;nbsp; Certainly the market will turn around, eventually.&amp;nbsp; But just like the One Day Sale, when the market turns around, the prices go up and your opportunity to make deals is lost!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our associates can show you how to take advantage of the deals that are available on the market today.&amp;nbsp; Its a buyers market, once the market turns around that's it for another 10 or 20 years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;These prices can't last!&amp;nbsp; Contact us today for assistance, were prepared to earn your business.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
