It's been awhile since I last posted. I blame newagentitis. I'm enjoying myself but getting into real estate sure is a roller coaster! It's been drilled into my head that prospecting is the number one activity I should focus on. Well, of course! However, there are mandatory training meetings, sales meetings, office meetings, company meetings, board meetings, town meetings, home previews, open house hostings  - and let's not forget PTA/O meetings, parent/teacher meetings, family meetings (I'm not even going into kid's afterschool activities)! Then there are post-licensing classes, continuing education classes, designation classes, workshops, all kinds of board sponsored classes and volunteer work to be done. Somewhere in there a new agent has to meet new clients, show homes and (hopefully) keep up with the paperwork and appointments necessary to get a home sold. Whew! Funny thing is, it all seems to work out. I can't figure out how it works, but I guess I should just be grateful that it does and not worry about it!
