I got the call on my cell phone, a number I didn't recognize?   The man on the other line said..." Is this the "Coolest" Realtor on Cape Cod".   But of course... I replied.   He said he had met me 11 years ago at a local networking event and had kept my card.   11 years... I thought, wow... I must have made an impression?
He and his family have been living in Georgia for the last 7 years but had held on to their Cape Cod Home for summer fun.   Now, with his job ending, he needed to sell the Cape Cod … (7 comments)

Recently had a buyer call because of my blog.   Just a little victory.   She said she hit my link attached to my email signature and was able to surf Active Rain as a result.   So, I ask you Active Rainers... have you put your blog link on your email signature yet?   On your business card and web site.   I know... I know ...we have so many details to consider but self promotion makes sense.   I even put my blog link on my single property sites... Why Not?
