Snow on the ground and 20 degree weather isn't ideal for open houses, but this weekend proved to be a great weekend for open house traffic here in Cincinnati. The open house I held had a solid 4 groups tour, and several of them were legitimate, serious buyers so I was pleased when I was writing my thank you notes at the office today. Then I heard the real whopper... Another young agent had 10 different groups through one of his open houses. (3 comments)
