Will also consider resort-oriented flagged hotels in the USA as well. The key to attracting their interest will be pricing that reflects a 40% or greater "discount" off fair market appraised value and average occupany of at least 70%.

Maximum purchase price $200-million and the minimum would be $5-million. Limited service mid-tier branded hotels are also of interest.
