Brier real estate:
Brier WA is a wonderful Seattle suburb just North of Lake Forest Park and Lake Washington. Brier prides itself on larger open spaces and as a result the lots are bigger than you might find in other close in Seattle suburbs.
Houses in Brier usually start in the low $300,000 range and go up over the million dollar mark based mostly on square footage and land. There are mountain views in Brier as well.

Slow Down... Watch out for the little ones out there! Brier kids are back in school - Brier is served by both the Northshore School District and the Edmonds School District depending on which side of Brier WA you live in. Need more info? Brier Wa is just in the Northwest corner of Lake Washington - Brier is an easy Seattle suburb for commuting in all directions because of its proximity to both I-405 and I-5. Brier WA is small, but people who live here have a lot of amenities in close by towns like Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace. Brier also has its own amenities and SeaScare is one of them! Remember this is all from the MLS data (NWMLS), but compiled by Cooper Jacobs.
Active real estate listings from the MLS in Brier WA as of today is 15 listings - this is down from last week's 17. These range in price from $321,500 to $889,000 and size from 1225 sq ft 3 BR/1BTH to 3735 sq foot 5 bd/2.75 BTH homes with the average being 2443 sq feet 4 BD/2.27 BTH $561,640 home. Our inventory supply has dropped from 2.55 months of supply of houses in Brier WA to 2.25 months supply.
