Brier real estate has gone down in value in the last few months making it more affordable for many new members of our community.  Long term, don't worry.  You love your home and this community so stay put and the equity will come back.  In the mean time, you have to have some where to live anyway, and if you know anyone interested in living in our city, well now might be a good time to reach out to them.

My kids call this park Froggy Park - it is actually Brier Patch Park right at the entrance of Carlson Ranch in Brier. 
Brier Wa is a Seattle suburb and there are some great trails and parks in this small city.  Brier is bordered by Lake Forest Park, Bothell, Mountlake Terrace, and Lynnwood and in the perfect location for commuting in any direction.
The "Froggy Park" has a see saw like contraption, a big play structure, benches, picnic areas, and a BBall court.  It is one of Brier's smaller parks, but very much loved in this house!

Wow it is slushy out there!  Hope you are all keeping warm!   In these times when the roads are tough, it is good to remember one of the great features of our communities when trying to get our kids to school:
Brier real estate is a good choice and the people who have bought homes here know that the trails that connect all the neighborhoods are art of the reason why we like living here so much!  Never is that more apparent than when the roads are slushy or icy!
