Brier real estate has gone down in value in the last few months making it more affordable for many new members of our community.  Long term, don't worry.  You love your home and this community so stay put and the equity will come back.  In the mean time, you have to have some where to live anyway, and if you know anyone interested in living in our city, well now might be a good time to reach out to them.

As 2008 comes to a close, there are even more choices out there if you are interested in Brier real estate.  There are truly some wonderful properties and on top of it the interest rates for mortgages are incredibly low - on Friday the 30 yr fixed mortgage rate hovered around 5.43%.
