mountlake terrace wa: Sorelli's is Open Again - third time a charm? - 11/07/09 07:10 PM
Third round of ownership, but menu looks amazing!
As reported in the Mountlake Terrace High School Hawkeye paper, Sorelli's opened again under new ownership this last week with a whole new expanded menu.
Anyone tried some of the menu items yet?  This is the third ownership for Sorelli's in over ten years since it began.  Seems like all three owners have completely different visions, but the community loves this place anyway!  Here's to hoping that third time is a charm. mountlake terrace wa: Sorelli's is Closed :( - 08/28/09 01:15 PM

Sorelli's Pizza on 44th just closed up shop.
That is sad.  I hope it is not permanent, but there is eviction paperwork all over the doors and they have not been open for a few days.
The restaurant has been a local favorite for a while because of their good food and friendly service.  All of their stuff inside is intact so maybe there is still hope, but sad just the same.

improvements at the intersection include new sidewalk ramps, uniform
street lighting, and consolidation of the two driveways into a single
driveway on the west approach to the signal. Construction is scheduled

mountlake terrace wa: Tips on How I got out of My PMI - 06/13/08 04:16 PM
PMI is back and it is important to look at your mortgage every once in a while to make sure you are still required to pay PMI.  Even in a slower market, there can still be appreciation and with appreciation come equity.  With increased equity, there is no need for mortgage insurance so check out your loan docs and find out what your PMI situation is.  Consult with a qualified lender who can help guide you through dropping your PMI if it is possible.  I got my OMI dropped on my first house.  Here is my story:
