I'm not a big fan of WalMart. They buy too much of their merchandise from overseas to suit my taste. Since I've quit buying anything that says "Made in China," I restrict most of my shopping there to the grocery aisles. But... it's only right to give credit where credit is due. We visited the Ponderay WalMart last night when the store was not crowded. There was only one regular checker working and I sighed as I realized that the person ahead of me had a rather large basket full of merchandise. But... much to my delight, the two ladies standing

First, if you're subscribed to my weekly real estate ezine, skip this post. This is the message that went out this morning to my subscribers... That said... Have you ever thought about what you can "leave out" for your clients? Most of the time marketers talk about the added value they or their products offer to customers and clients. But maybe what you take away or "leave out" could be just as important. And maybe you should be talking about that in your marketing messages. For instance: For your home sellers you can leave out the uncertainty
