Thinking of selling your home in Broadlands?  I just got one under contract in a month and settled a month later.   The process was smooth from start to finish.   I love it when a home is conveyed with respect from one honorable party to another.  That's how this one went and most of my transactions are this way.  Negotiations weren't protracted and painful, settlement dates were moved with no stress and sellers even got to stay a few days post settlement without a rent back.   The sellers even had the place professionally cleaned as a gift to their … (2 comments)

McLean, Virginia is a lovely Washington DC suburb, great Northern Virginia town with beautiful homes, top rated schools and delightful boutique shops.  It has plenty of restaurants, but is not known for its restaurants.  It's often said that McLean residents come over to Arlington to eat.  (Full disclosure, I am an Arlingtonian, but my office is in McLean).  I also have to disclose that it takes a lot for me to be really impressed with a restaurant.  Three years in San Francisco destroyed any semblance of realistic expectations!
