I occasionally burst with joy when I think of the amazing friendships I've made through real estate. Really. I truly love my clients, and feel that I am lucky beyond belief to have the friends and clients that I do. They have made me a better Realtor and person for knowing them. Sniff, sniff. Sometimes succeeding in real estate is pure tenacity. I often do feel like the "Little Engine Who Could" as it is nothing but sheer perseverance and determination that gets some sales to close. Today I celebrate the closing of a home that was on life support for the past 43 days. No bank problems, no appraisal problems, no inspection problems - what's left?
