Mortgage Companies Picking up a Bit????

Is it just me or does it seem like the overall mortgage and purchase industry has picked up a bit in the last month. Hopefully this means a strong end of the year push and a good start to next year. There is no doubt that their are still a lot more foreclosures to come and their are way more homes on the market than buyers. However it sure seems like I'm seeing better attitudes at our accounts and overall more closings for our title company.
