We are having the hardest time selling land in Crested Butte currently which creates the best time for a community to make a deal for open space. Almost 400 acres now saved for all future generations. Can't we just use this as a swap for the expansion on Snodgrass? A little give an take? We still await the decision for appeal regarding that situation. I will update you all of the final outcome.

With interest rates at all time lows and many qualified buyers actively purchasing it appears the Manhattan real estate market has gained some strength.
