The recent Herriman UT price changes in Homes & Condos may give us a clue as to what is happening to the Salt Lake Real Estate market.  At least in that southern part of the Salt Lake City market. 

Rather than seeing a majority of price reductions because houses have not been selling, we find price increases in almost half of the listings showing price changes. That could indicate that houses are moving and we are seeing a real switch from a buyers market to a sellers market.

From where we sit it looks like now is the time to make that decission if you are looking at houses. Interest rates can not stay this low forever, and if these listings are any indication of the attitude of Salt Lake home sellers it is time to put your track shoes on and be a part of the best buyers market ever.

I would suggest that you register on this site or one that will allow you to track activity and save house that are of interest to you and ask that any change in price will be sent to you. You can actually ask to only have homes in a certain price range sent to your mailbox. If you know where you want to live you can even monitor only houses or condominiums of a certain price in a defined area. Start paying attention to homes that could be the one your looking for.
