I honestly can not believe what some people are placing on the web as a marketing tool.  I visited Trulia and found this home....It was priced nicely....so I clicked and this picture was the very first picture that came up  - How lovely, peeling deck...are you serious...why would you include this picture in your market packet ?

 

This picture has a black garbabe bag and boxes.. oh and a cat sleeping on a chair....that would really spark my interest in buying this house....clutter, clutter, clutter.

With over 75% of people shopping on line for a house...why would you market a house with these photos??  Your in the field of selling real estate..what makes a person think that some one would see this house on line and say "Oh this is the home that we have been looking for"   This is what homes should look like when marketing in photos..... It should be always prepared for the photo opportunity...Clutter should be always removed....Take only pictures of the best feature of a home....There is no reason, why the above before mentioned should have every been in the mix.
