Can anyone offer me advice on how to put a business opportunity listing on Facebook and Myspace?

Today we had 10 properties, but one got canceled at the last minute so we got done nice and early. I would really appreciate any inout on how to make the tour fun, and a bit more exciting. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
