More and more lawsuits are being filed over loan modification fraud and forclosure practices - 12/22/10 12:04 PM
There is an outcry over questionable forclosures and this issue appears to be spreading.  Many Attorney Generals from across the nation are suing banks for loan modification fraud and questionable foreclosure practices.  Foreclosure is a sad story and completely devoid of human feeling yet they happen daily.  Many consumers are unaware or over-promised and lose either way.  I have listed some articles I found on twitter and http://stopforeclosurefraud.com.  (Search any state and you'll find something.)

I found this article last night by chance.  This is an asbestos health issue that appears to be swept under the rug for the past decade.  Since knowledge is power and awareness is paramount I figured I need to get this out there.
