I recently listed a mini-ranch out in Deer Trail Colorado.  This area is pretty much undiscovered and I can't figure out why.  This is an area where the Denver sprawl and lifestyle has not yet reached but reflects true western Colorado living.
Location:  Byers is a short 45 minute drive east from Denver on I-70.  Byers is easily commutable and access to nightlife, airport, grocery stores, amenities and restaurants is easy.
