Help me out here! I have two acreage properties, one is a gorgeous walkout rambler on 63 acres And the other is a hobby farm farmhouse on 40 acres. Both of these properties are located in Pine County just outside of Pine City Minnesota. The problem I have been having is, on a couple different occasions potential buyers actually said, "That is more land than I need, price is great, but what are we going to do with all that land?"
