SummerFun at the Chisago County Fair!
Starting tonight!  Thursday July 12th the Chisago County Fair located in Rush City commences!  Loads of affordable fun for kids of all ages.  Check out the petting zoo, or the demolition derby, the rides or my favorite!  The beer garden!
The Chisago County Fair Runs tonight through Sunday and is a great way to see old friends, eat some cheese curds or pronto pups!  Located just North of Minneapolis/St Paul in Minnesota, and with an abundance of lakes, and rivers, Chisago County is not only a great place to live, but, also to play!
See you at the fair!

Chisago County IS a great place to live. 
We are blessed with so much open space, and all sorts of Parks from Wild River State park, to  Chisago County Parks to City Parks, Chisago County even has a United Sates Park Service Park! 
Chisago County is an outdoor enthusisasts dream!  Chisago County boasts 64 lakes managed by the DNR.  Most of these lakes have excelent fishing and boating opportunities.  If you are a hunter or bird watcher, we have over 8100 acres of Public Wildlife Management areas in Chisago County. Most of these areas are open to Public hunting.

People use 2x4's to cross open water to get too the ice to catch a crappie!Your backyard is a mine field with 6 months of dog poop!It's 40 degrees, and you contemplate wearing shorts!You do wear those shorts, and your legs are whiter than the sheets you sleep in!You see your neighbors for the first time in 6 months!Your office pool is NOT the Ncaa, but when the ice will go out the lake!You go to Gander Mountain and buy a Fishing License!You anxiously await that inevitable spring snow storm!Buyers start showing up at your Open … (8 comments)
