How is the housing market in North Branch shaping up this year? Not as good as last year unfortunately. At this time last year 83 home had SOLD in North Branch with an average sale price of $216,151. This year so far 62 homes are under contract or have SOLD in North Branch for an average sale price of $209,432 Unfortunately based on these numbers the average sales price dropped 3% And market times have increased by 22% from 78.2 days in 2006 to 99.9 days in 2007. It's a Rainy Friday here in Minnesota, and only a week away from Fishing Opener! If you are NOT a Minnesotan you may not understand the importance of Fishing Opener. Tourism is a $10 Billion industry here in Minnesota, and Fishing Opener is the first hurrah! Help me out here! I have two acreage properties, one is a gorgeous walkout rambler on 63 acres And the other is a hobby farm farmhouse on 40 acres. Both of these properties are located in Pine County just outside of Pine City Minnesota. The problem I have been having is, on a couple different occasions potential buyers actually said, "That is more land than I need, price is great, but what are we going to do with all that land?"
