Great News, I am now a member of the MARCO ISLAND AREA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, as well as the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
This will allow me to accommodate buyers and sellers in both multiple listing systems.
Not all of the listings that are on Marco are in the Naples mls.  Sometimes that Marco realtors list properties that are on the Marco – Naples border and do not have access to the Naples MLS.  This way I will be in both and hope not to miss anything.

Pay it forward whenever you can and wherever you can, however you can, without even taking a second thought about it!
The Holidays are a great time for this, change at the Salvation Army every time you come out of the store, a dollar here and there can really ad up.
Pet Smart always has a donation to the shelters at the check out.  $1.00 to add to the bill is nothing!
I live across the street from Super Wall-mart and am probably in there at least once if not twice a day.  Wallmart always has "add ons" for charities.

Naples Area Board of Realtors Statistics Are GREAT NEWS - 06/18/11 09:50 PM
Naples Area Board of Realtors came out with great news yesterday.
Sales are up and inventory is down.  Last May there were 9006 homes on the market, this May there were 7705.
The median price for a single family home this May is $210,000 compared to twelve months ago of $199,000.
According to Brenda Fioretti, NABOR President, "The increase in sales is found in the traditional market, not short sales or foreclosures which now make up less than 30 percent of the properties sold."
