happy new year: 30 Things Not to Do to Yourself and Happy New Year My Friends - 12/30/11 07:20 PM

Here I sit and wait for 7:30 to go on an appointment with Partner and Broker, Maurice. Wondering who meets with Sellers to talk price and market on their property on a Friday night to accommodate the wife’s schedule. We Do!

Sometimes there are trade off’s in time and while I have the advantage of taking a tennis clinic in the morning while others are at work, I sacrifice my Friday night to meet with folks. That is the business of real estate.

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year! The start of a New Year and New Decade, it seems like we were just bringing in 2000!!!
As time marches on, I realize how fragile and precious life is. Also, the importance of "giving back" and Peace and Good Will towards all beings on the Planet.
It is time to focus and go forward into the future with "Positive Forces In Motion"!

happy new year: 2009 Was a Fantastic Year For Me! - 12/28/09 01:26 PM

2009 was a fantastic year for me.
I did not make any resolutions or have any concrete plans. We were living in New Jersey and considering a move back to Florida, if anyone had asked me to place a bet on the way my year turned out, I never would have won.
While we were considering a move it was an abstract thought. I knew I was tired of being cold and the bad weather, but being an eternal optimist, I was looking forward to the spring thaw.
I moved to Florida and we found and purchased a great home … (1 comments)
