Naples Area Real Estate Sales are up for 2011!
According to a recent report from Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), 2011 Inventory ended at a 5 year low and annual “Pending” and “Closed” sales rose!
As stated in the report:
“Brenda Fioretti, NABOR Media Relations Chairman and Managing Broker of Prudential Florida Realty agrees, "As the winter sales season begins in the Naples area, we currently have 1,564 fewer homes on the market than we did at the same time in 2010. I have been away for a while. Locked up and studying to pass the balance of my post Brokers course in Management.
With just a few days to spare, I completed my test with a 90% and finished all the requirements to stay licensed for another two years.
My suggestion to everyone, if you have classes and requirements and there is a large time frame, don’t think “I’ll do it later or down the road”, it does nothing but cause stress and last minute jitters.
