Today is a beautiful fall day in Naples FL. Yes, Naples has a change of seasons too. Our rainy season is over and the risk of hurricanes has passed.
The skies are blue and get some clouds in the afternoon. The temps this morning were in the 50's and the air conditioning is turned off.
Rocky really enjoys this weather, he hops and jumps and loves to go on long walks.
As for me, I am wearing capri's and long pants instead of shorts and a sweat shirt to take the Rock on his morning walks.

I just returned from a trip back North. Spring is beautiful, the flowering trees blooming and the green rolling hills.
As nice as everything was and it was great to see some old faces, I am Happy to be back Home in Naples Florida.
Naples is a short One and a half hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale, conveniently located off of Route 75.

I love living in Naples, FL. One of the reasons I do live in sunny South West Florida is the weather. We did have a cold spell the beginning of January and it is odd that when the temperature drops to the 60's or 50's that I feel cold.
This pic was taken from a restaurant on the Isle of Capri while having lunch one day last week.

Today the record lows are hopefully over. It is suppose to become warmer during the week and in the 70's by Friday.
Hopefully everyone will be back outside doing what the folks of Naples Florida do best: play tennis, golf, go to the beach and soak up that beautiful warm Naples Florida Sunshine, perhaps go boating or fishing and call me with your real estate needs.

Happy Holidays to one and all from Sunny Naples, FL. Even though it is a little chilly out, in the 60's, the weather prediction is for the 80's tomorrow, making Naples a great place to visit or make home.
There are so many things to do, from fishing off of the Naples Pier on the Gulf of Mexico or simply taking a stroll and watching the sunset.
Or, taking a walk down Fifth Avenue and dining at one of the elegant fine restaurants or casual dining and shopping.

Gee where do I want to be? Up North with an anticipated two feet of snow!
Or in Beautiful Naples Florida where the sun shines most of the time and there are sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico?
We make our choices and plan our destiny, this is a decision we made last year this time when we were snowed and iced in for ten days in Central New Jersey ten days before Christmas. I am so glad we did.

We headed back North to the farm and the horses. The green rolling hills of Central New Jersey.
This time we leased and thought we would buy the property. It was paradise, hot air balloons overhead, rainbows and all types of flowers and birds. It was magical, even the first snow fall. Then we got iced in for 10 days...that is why we had moved south last year!

Here in downtown Naples on 3rd Street, sits the Naples Xmas Tree. It is truly a beautiful sight to see with the hundreds of lights.
During the Tree Lighting Ceremony there was real snow...it melted quickly and was more than enough for everyone that has come to beautiful, sunny, Naples to escape the cold.
