Naples Area Real Estate Sales are up for 2011!
According to a recent report from Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), 2011 Inventory ended at a 5 year low and annual “Pending” and “Closed” sales rose!

As stated in the report:

“Brenda Fioretti, NABOR Media Relations Chairman and Managing Broker of Prudential Florida Realty agrees, "As the winter sales season begins in the Naples area, we currently have 1,564 fewer homes on the market than we did at the same time in 2010. The loss of listings includes 1,000 properties in the $300,000 and under price bracket. This is … (2 comments)

Here I sit and wait for 7:30 to go on an appointment with Partner and Broker, Maurice. Wondering who meets with Sellers to talk price and market on their property on a Friday night to accommodate the wife’s schedule. We Do!

Sometimes there are trade off’s in time and while I have the advantage of taking a tennis clinic in the morning while others are at work, I sacrifice my Friday night to meet with folks. That is the business of real estate.

I cannot believe how long I have been out of the swing of things with the blogging on Active Rain!!!
A lot has been going on here in Naples Florida Real Estate and it is still our “Season”.
Several times I have logged on only to be interrupted and have to go and do some real estate related task. The money making chores must come first and foremost.
Naples real estate sales are up and inventory is hovering around the same amount. I have sold properties on Marco Island, Golden Gate Estates and helped folks in Eagle Creek Golf and … (6 comments)

A visit today, "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" at the Naples Dock, Naples FL.

Pelicans on The Naple City Dock waiting for the fishing boats to come in...

This sweet little guy was missing one of his feet, and must have gotten tangled up in the fishing line.

Beautiful fragile birds, they are large, but very gentile and delicate.
