oshea sells naples: 30 Things Not to Do to Yourself and Happy New Year My Friends - 12/30/11 07:20 PM

Here I sit and wait for 7:30 to go on an appointment with Partner and Broker, Maurice. Wondering who meets with Sellers to talk price and market on their property on a Friday night to accommodate the wife’s schedule. We Do!

Sometimes there are trade off’s in time and while I have the advantage of taking a tennis clinic in the morning while others are at work, I sacrifice my Friday night to meet with folks. That is the business of real estate.

oshea sells naples: Snow Day in the metro Baltimore, DC and New Jersey - 02/05/10 08:55 AM

I love living in Naples, FL. One of the reasons I do live in sunny South West Florida is the weather. We did have a cold spell the beginning of January and it is odd that when the temperature drops to the 60's or 50's that I feel cold.
This pic was taken from a restaurant on the Isle of Capri while having lunch one day last week.
Today, with all of the snow up north in the metro Baltimore and DC area along with a prediction in NJ, I could not help email this to my friends and family … (4 comments)
