Do you love classic burgers, classic cars and classic rock n' roll?  There's a new restaurant that features all three coming to the mountains of Murphy, North Carolina in April. 
T Bird's Roadhouse at 269 Valley River Avenue in downtown Murphy, North Carolina 28906 will feature casual dining with a menu that includes everyone's favorite home-cooked, comfort foods.
Located just a block from the Cherokee County Courthouse in historic downtown Murphy, T Bird's Roadhouse will be open for lunch and dinner.
Inside, there's a stage for live entertainment and a jukebox where you can play "Stump the DJ."

classic cars: Cruise the Smokies Oct.30 - Nov.1 10th Annual Classic Car Fall Run in Cherokee, NC - 10/24/09 11:32 AM
 
                                 
Looking for a great fall color tour?  Why not join over 800 classic cars cruising through the oldest mountain range in the world?  The 10th annual Cherokee Fall Rod Run takes place next weekend, October 30-November 1 along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina. 
Hosted by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and Harrah's Casino, auto enthusiasts will compete for the brand new "Best in Show" trophy.  Events include a classic car show and live entertainment every night, including a Saturday night appearance by Little Anthony and the Imperials at Harrah's Casino.
