Eastlake Living.. There's not a lot available right now in Eastlake surprisingly. Looking just between Roanoke and Newton and Eastlake and Fairview there are some wonderful townhouses (including some Built Green ones with solar solutions), and a couple good condos. While showing several today, I also saw some smaller rentals and one older home which could be lived in or would be a great opportunity for future development. There are a few houseboats on the market as well. Here are some of the shots I got today including seaplanes in the air and floating homes in Eastlake.
