I was please when I got my latest Sterling flyer from Matt -
Sterling Savings has extended their awesome 3% up to $20,000 towards your closing costs program for qualifying Seattle area properties.
Purchase and sale contracts need to be written prior to 1/31 and close by 2/26. This credit is a great way to help finance a new home - there are some great projects that qualify, too!

I sold an amazingly beautiful brand new house this year in Kent, Wa. The real estate market in Kent is on the move up and some gorgeous new developments are going in. They have easy access to the freeways and the houses are very special with nice extra touches....

Now is definitely a great time to be a qualified buyer! Seattle has some amazing real estate and wonderful deals! New construction in the Seattle area has never been so well priced as builders try to move inventory.
