Seattle real estate is fun and I love selling homes to people around the Puget Sound! It is so much fun to see a new Seattle buyer get excited about a particular home or neighborhood. I am the one going over numbers with them, but still always look forward to their excitement.

Seattle suburb, Brier, Washington has been busy looking at its park system! The Brier Park system is pretty amazing with everything from trails to a horse arena, and now this Seattle suburb is going for more!
In addition to upgrades and improvements and an extreme diligence this last year or so in really treating our parks like gold, the city is looking at a possible dog park, improving the Brier trail system, and there will be a new skate park in Brier!
