Seattle has a ton of new "built green" new construction real estate properties - including some beautiful townhouses
I got the pleasure of touring a few more this last week when I took some buyers through Ballard, Greenwood, Beacon Hill, and even the new development Rainier Vista in Columbia City.
I am so impressed with some builders and their willingness to put in such a great renewable resource like Bamboo floors!
