Looking At Sunset Hill Homes: There are only 15 Sunset Hill homes for sale right now and amazingly the houses that are marked as Sunset Hill in the MLS are actually in Sunset Hill for a change. A lot of times I have to take a few out because they aren't really in Ballard's Sunset Hill. It is such a wonderful part of Ballard overlooking the Puget Sound! Sunset Hill Park is a great place to walk to for Sunset Hill and other Ballard residents. I lived in Sunset Hill many years ago and I can tell you that one of the highlights of living in this wonderful Ballard neighborhood was my trips to Rain City Video! The Sunset Hill location is right on the corner of 65th and 32nd in the heart of "commercial" Sunset Hill.
