Looking At Sunset Hill Homes: There are only 15 Sunset Hill homes for sale right now and amazingly the houses that are marked as Sunset Hill in the MLS are actually in Sunset Hill for a change. A lot of times I have to take a few out because they aren't really in Ballard's Sunset Hill. The last few days have been a perfect time to show Sunset Hill homes and showcase what a gorgeous neighborhood it is. Seattle real estate: Sunset Hill Neighborhood 7531 34th Ave. NW I love Sunset Hill in Seattle! It is such a wonderful neighborhood overlooking the Puget Sound! Sunset Hill Park is a great place to walk to for Sunset Hill residents. The park was gifted to the city in 1903 and is actually 2.7 acres, but seem like it is less than half an acre because most of it is on a slope overlooking the Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Sunset Hill in Seattle............. Sunset Hill is one of the best Ballard neighborhoods! I lived in Sunset Hill many years ago and I can tell you that one of the highlights of living in this wonderful Ballard neighborhood was my trips to Rain City Video! The Sunset Hill location is right on the corner of 65th and 32nd in the heart of "commercial" Sunset Hill.
